Client Portal Guide
Carpenter and Tobin offers the ability to have a personalized client portal. We always use email as our way to reach out to our clients to make sure they are informed of every step of the legal process. There is also a way for us to be able to allow our clients to view all of their Documents, Invoices, payments, and calendaring of appointments and court dates.
We have a portal where our clients can log in and access everything all together to help save them time and help improve our communication and convenience for our clients. This makes it so that even outside of business hours, clients can make payments, look at our shared calendar to know what upcoming dates are.
Client Platform Features
Calendar:
This has all your upcoming court dates and meetings with attorney all in one spot that is shared between you and the attorney.
Document Sharing:
Using this platform, you can send us any videos, pictures, or messages that you believe is important to your case. This will also store all the documents that your attorney files for your case, and any other documents from the opposing party. This makes it easy for you and your attorney to keep track of information.
Invoice and Payments:
This platform allows you to view all invoices from your case and also allows you to make payments at any period by card.
Secure Communication:
If email does not feel like a safe space, there is a secure section where you can send and receive messages with your attorney or their staff.
